T-Minus30 Demo Night
T-Minus30 gives people across Newfoundland and Labrador 30 days to take on a problem with AI tools. Demo Night is the payoff. On November 25, builders bring what they made to the St. John's Farmers' Market. Try the projects, catch a few live on stage, and meet the people behind them.
Grab a bite and a drink, catch a set from Xia-3, and explore what else is happening before the demos begin.
A few builders demo live and walk through how they got there, right up to the moment it finally worked.
See the builds up close, try them out, ask how they work, and bring a friend who'll want to stop at every table.
Everyone takes on the same 30-day sprint with a goal they choose themselves. Some aim for a working demo. Others set out to ship a product or make their first sale. A few will still be rough around the edges, and a few might be ready for you to use tomorrow. Ask what worked, what surprised them, and what they'd do next.

Already making things with tech? Come see what others are doing and talk about how they did it. Thinking about trying it yourself? Meet people who are taking that step this fall. Founders, investors, and companies, come meet local tech talent worth following, and maybe hiring.
Students, friends, and anyone curious about what's happening in tech are welcome. You don't need a project or a technical background to enjoy the night.
Build48 sold out. The first T-Minus30 Demo Night is next.
One ticket gets you in to watch the stage demos, try the projects, grab food from local vendors, and catch a live set from Xia-3. There'll be a cash bar with something for everyone, and plenty going on from the moment doors open.
The market is wheelchair accessible, with fully accessible aisles and doors, and gender-neutral washrooms. Parking is on site and nearby.

Sponsorship
The next generation of Newfoundland and Labrador founders and tech talent is already building, and T-Minus30 brings them together for 30 days. Sponsors get in early. You'll meet the builders at the launch, back them through the month, and be there when they show what they made at Demo Night. It's a direct way to invest in the local builder community, and to meet the people you'll want to hire.

A workshop on the latest AI tools from Get Building's Jan Mertlik, then the official kickoff of T-Minus30 at the St. John's Convention Centre. It's open to everyone at no cost.
It's free, and no idea or coding experience is needed. Sign up by October 21 for 30 days of AI credits and coaching, plus your own table at Demo Night to show what you made.
