Rent a boardroom

Need a room for a team meeting, workshop or small presentation? The Dock rents a dedicated boardroom to the public by the half day or full day, weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. No membership required.

The room seats up to 12 and comes set up with AV, a whiteboard and fast Wi-Fi. Your booking also includes tea and coffee, use of the kitchen and lounge, and access to two parking lots, one right outside and one nearby.

Rates are $200 for a half day and $350 for a full day.

Where history meets innovation

The Dock lives inside the historic Railway Coastal Building, revitalized as the Johnson Innovation Station. What began as Common Ground in 2014 has grown into a hub for Newfoundland and Labrador’s innovators. Today, The Dock is home to coworking space, the Genesis AI Garage, and private offices. It is a place where freelancers, founders, and teams build what’s next.
