Accessing the Genesis space
Our facilities are accessible by authorized entry only. If you have a scheduled meeting with a Genesis team member or one of our client companies, please contact them directly for access.
While we love seeing interest in the local tech scene, we’re not able to accept job inquiries or resumes on behalf of our clients or alumni. We encourage job seekers to explore opportunities on the techNL Job Listings page.
Parking
Visitors to the Emera Innovation Exchange at Memorial University’s Signal Hill Campus have access to pay-per-use parking. To make your visit smoother, we recommend setting up a profile in advance using the Passport Canada Parking App or website.
Where to Park:
• Middle Lot (Area 200)
• Lower Lot (Area 201) – accessed via Cabot Avenue
These lots offer paid parking, enforced 24/7.
Important Notes:
• The Upper Lot (Area S-1) is staff-only and requires a valid Memorial University parking permit. Unauthorized vehicles will be ticketed.
• Temporary permits are not issued for this location by the Parking Office at Memorial’s St. John’s Campus.
