Parking: All visitors to the Signal Hill location that require parking can use Pay Per Use parking, available via the Passport parking mobile application or website. Paid parking is available in the middle and lower parking lots. It is advised for convenience that the app is downloaded prior to arriving. The St. John's Campus Parking Office does not issue temporary permits for this location.
Enforcement hours: Paid parking may be enforced 24/7, please use the Passport parking mobile application or website to pay for parking.
