Wow Me in A Minute: Quick Pitch Competition Promotes Young Entrepreneurs
On February 19, the Genesis Centre hosted Pitch 101 to a standing room only crowd. The event saw 10 students pitch business ideas in a 60 second pitch. Judges critiqued the pitches and then the audience voted on the best pitches. Congratulations to all who participated. A CBC article on the event can be viewed here.
The winning pitches were:
1. Emily Bland, Sucseed
2. Zachary Green, Empowered Homes
3. Tied between Daniel Barbour of Ingles Desde Cero and Chengsi Zhang of Andes
