Entrepreneurs and their team are set up within Genesis’ space at Memorial University’s new Signal Hill Campus based on the type of company you are. Share ideas, strategize, and rub shoulders with other entrepreneurs in a collaborative coworking space full of like minded individuals.
Say you need a prototype built or access to 3D printing. Genesis helps start-ups tap into the physical, technical, and scientific resources of Memorial University. State-of-the-art ice engineering tanks, chemistry labs and computer science facilities are just some of the resources available at Memorial.
Genesis has partnered with a number of strategic partners that can provide value to Genesis portfolio companies. These partnerships enable start-ups to get access to exclusive deals such as credits for Amazon’s AWS services, discounted deals from Klipfolio, Intercom, and more.
Genesis has strategic partnerships in place to provide additional value to Genesis’ portfolio companies, these partnerships are with legal firms, accounting firms as well as outside partners and government funders. Genesis is a member of CDMN and collaborates with innovation hubs across Canada.
In addition, one day per month Genesis invites partners to the office for an all-day information session with start-up companies. Genesis companies can ask questions, seek advice and learn about potential programs and investment options available to them and their start-ups.
